Merouane Debbah is a leading researcher and tech innovator in mathematics, AI, and next-gen wireless systems. He heads Khalifa University’s 6G Research Center and has shaped advances from 4G to 6G. Holder of 100 patents and 50+ IEEE awards, he is ranked among the top electronics scientists globally. Debbah earned his PhD from École Normale Supérieure Paris-Saclay.
